Refund policy

1. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any products.
All sales are final once the order has been completed.


2. Exchanges (7 Days)

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

A. Damaged on Delivery

If the product arrives broken, damaged, or defective from our side, we will provide a free exchange within 7 days.
The item must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos or videos for verification.

B. Unused & Unopened Products

We also offer exchanges within 7 days if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Used or opened items cannot be exchanged, as we are unable to resell them.


3. Warranty Coverage (2 Years)

All products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Malfunctions occurring during normal, intended use

If the product develops a defect within the warranty period, we will:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it with the same or equivalent model

❌ Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Drops, water damage, misuse, or neglect

  • Installation errors or product modification

  • Electrical surge damage

  • Consumable parts (filters, cartridges, etc.)

  • Cosmetic damage not affecting function


4. No Refunds for Warranty Cases

Warranty claims qualify for repair or replacement only.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.


5. Exchange / Warranty Process

To request an exchange or warranty service, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos/video of the issue (required for damaged delivery or warranty claims)

Our team will review the case and advise on the next steps.


6. Final Decision

We reserve the right to approve or deny exchange or warranty requests based on:

  • Product condition

  • Eligibility under this policy

  • Inspection findings
