International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Attempts

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Customer not answering calls or being unavailable

  • Refusal to accept the package

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer may be required to pay additional re-delivery charges.

If an item arrives broken or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the damage.

We will provide a free exchange according to our Exchange & Warranty Policy.

Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for exchange.
