4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

  • Average delivery time: 3 business days

  • Delivery times may vary based on courier availability, public holidays, and regional restrictions.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Once the order is handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the courier.

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

This website follows the following policies:

No Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Exchanges – 7 Days

We offer exchanges only under these conditions:

A. Damaged on Delivery

If the product arrives broken or damaged from our side, you may request an exchange within 7 days.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours, with photos or videos for verification.

B. Unused & Unopened Products

Unopened and unused products may be exchanged within 7 days.
Used or opened items cannot be exchanged for hygiene, safety, and resale reasons.

6. Warranty

All products include a 2-year warranty covering:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Malfunction during normal, intended use

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Water damage, misuse, neglect, or modification

  • Incorrect installation

  • Damage from electrical surges

  • Consumable parts (such as filters or cartridges)

  • Cosmetic issues that don’t affect performance

Warranty claims result in repair or replacement only, not refunds.
